JohnIRVINEIRVINE The family of the late John Irvine wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement, also for the cards and floral tributes received and donations made, totalling £420 to be distributed equally between MacMillan Cancer Relief Scotland and Marie Curie Cancer Care Scotland. Thanks to the Doctors at the Beatson Oncology and his Cancer Care Nurse, the Doctors and staff at Frew Terrace Surgery, the Doctors and staff of Ward 4D at Crosshouse Hospital, the Marie Curie nursing staff and all district nurses for their care and attention to John. Special thanks to the trustees, Director and co-workers of the Scottish Maritime Museum for their kindness and support during John's illness. In addition special thanks to the Irvine Park Bowling Club and Ladies section for catering, Irvine Victoria F.C., Irvine Indoor Bowling Club and Towerlands Sports and Bowling Club for their generosity and expressions of sympathy. Special thanks to Rev. Neil Urquhart, assistant minister John Pickles and parish staff at Fullarton Parish Church for a comforting service and to Robert Evans and Co-operative Funeralcare for handling funeral arrangements.
